Currently, we have an opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant in Hamburg, NY.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support to President / Owner of the company, as well as to the Sales Department.
  • Oversee SALESFORCE opportunity information for Sales Reps and generate weekly / monthly / quarterly reports.
  • Provide frequent communication with external and internal customers in a friendly, outgoing manner.
  • Assist with updates to our website, as well as marketing campaigns to our external customers.
  • Strong focus on details and following through.
  • Ability to prioritize a wide variety of tasks to meet external and internal customer expectations.
  • Discipline to work independently, and as part of a collaborative team with the Sales and Engineering departments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and ability to learn proprietary programs.
  • 3-5 years in an administrative role in a customer service environment preferred.

The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter, demonstrates flexibility, thrives in a constantly changing fast-paced environment, learning new concepts quickly while working well under pressure.
