Currently, we have opportunities for an ATM Service Technician throughout NYS: in Buffalo/Western NY, Rochester, Syracuse/Central NY, and the Eastern NY/Hudson Valley regions.

This position is responsible for the repair and maintenance of ATM machines, Teller Cash Dispensers/Recyclers, Enhanced ATMs, Coin Machines and various other cash handling products.

This position will be within your home territory 90% of the time, but some travel within NYS will be possible.

The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter, can work independently, and must be able to problem solve and provide solutions. Must also be able to properly schedule service calls to appropriately manage response time, with the assistance of our Dispatch Team. This position will also service cameras, DVRs, alarms, and other equipment that we work on, as needed.


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience servicing ATM and/or Teller Cash Dispenser/Recyclers.
  • Thorough knowledge of basic electronics, circuitry, and a strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Experience with a variety of ATMs a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to continue education on all equipment that we service, through on-site and online training, provided by Brown Security Solutions.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
  • Associates Degree in Electronics or equivalent military or trade school preferred.
