Installation Technician
New York State: Syracuse, Albany, NYC, and Hudson Valley Region.
New England: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts and Vermont.
This position performs tasks involving the installation of electronic & physical security systems to include alarm systems, cameras, digital video recorders, access control systems, safes, vaults, ATMs, night depositories, pneumatic drive-up systems and cash dispensers. Training will be provided for the specific products we offer. Performing service on both electronic systems and bank specific equipment could also be required.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience installing and servicing electronic & physical security systems. The person that is successful in this position is a self-starter, can work independently, and must be able to problem solve and provide solutions. A construction background will be beneficial to understand how to adapt our equipment without creating conflicts with other trades. The person must also adapt well to a constantly changing schedule. Flexibility with schedule is a key component.
Experience:
- Thorough knowledge of basic electronics; circuitry, and a strong mechanical aptitude
- Construction and Rigging experience a plus.
- Experience with Verex and DMP alarm and access systems, and Verint, and March Networks Digital Video systems and Hamilton Safe equipment a plus.
- Must be able to use a computer.
