Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for completing engineering and construction projects by planning, organizing, and controlling all elements of the project. Supervise all development and implementation of a project.
Each project has different specifications, goals, and financial considerations. Below is a list of general job duties; these will vary depending on the specific project.
Requirements:
- In-House System Design, Technical Drawings and Creating Sales Estimates.
- Provide Technical Support for Sales Team including Senior Management.
- Support the Sales team with technical Sales and Equipment Demonstrations when needed.
- Attending necessary vendor training under the support of the company.
- Support Service Department with parts purchases and standardization.
- Provide training to Field Staff as necessary.
- Your continued education is a term of your employment.
- Stay up to date on the latest Electronic and Physical Security Technologies.
- Out of office site surveys to customer locations to assist in onsite estimating.
- · Onsite and remote project management.
- A valid driver’s license is a term of employment.
- Conduct site surveys to customer locations.
- Work closely with Installation Manager and Project Coordinator.
- Update the required Daily Trackers.
- Must possess excellent communication and planning skills.
- Send out progress updates to Sales and appropriate team members.
- Send updates to Customers on a weekly basis.
- Review Every Proposal Completed with Department Head
- Review Project Deployment with Department Head
- Project Profitability Reports (Post Project Review)
- Attend weekly Meetings – Project Meeting, Sales Meeting (One Engineer), Manpower Meeting. Customer Project Meetings
- Daily and Weekly Rhythms will be outlined and provided to you as a general guide.
Physical Demands: Must be able to physically perform the essential duties of the position which include lifting up to 50 lbs., twisting, bending, squatting stooping, crouching, reaching, balancing, walking, standing (stand for prolonged periods of time), talking and hearing. Must be able to wear a respirator under certain conditions. Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
